An older, finished, project worth mentioning is the Melting Pot Project. With writers Paula Yuen Lie Sie and Iris de Ridder and designer Marijn Kloosterboer, we documented the native culinary habits of over twenty new Dutch migrants.
The result was a view in kitchens from South Korea to Venezuela and Tanzania to Bosnia among others. Bundled with recipes in a cookbook, published by Inmerc/Kosmos.
